Here are my dinner recommendations (and salads!) for the upcoming week (August 4-10, 2025). I also have 2 NEW PEACH DESSERTS: peach galette (with basil-mint simple syrup) and peach pecan coffee cake (with pecan-cinnamon brown sugar streusel) - make sure to scroll down all the way to the bottom to see those!

DAY 1 (NEW): Chicken and Peach Salad on top of Spinach with Honey-Mustard Basil Dressing​

DAY 2: Baked Trout (or Salmon) with Lemon, Black Pepper, and Garlic​

DAY 3: Feta Pasta with Spinach and Cherry Tomatoes​

DAY 4 (NEW): Grilled Chicken and Zucchini with Honey-Mustard Lemon Sauce (chicken breasts marinated with lemon, garlic, honey, paprika, and herbs)

DAY 5: Flank Steak with Creamy Spinach & Sun-Dried Tomato Orzo (30 Minutes, One-Pan)

DAY 6: The Best Shrimp Scampi​

DAY 7: Creamy Chicken and Gnocchi with Spinach, Mushrooms, and Garlic Smoked Paprika Sauce

SALAD 1: Strawberry & Blackberry Spinach Salad with Pecans, Feta, and Prosciutto (or Bacon Bits)

SALAD 2: Greek Salad with Avocado & Capers​
