Here are my dinner recommendations (and salads!) for the upcoming week (August 18-24, 2025).

DAY 1 (NEW): Braised Pork Ragu Pappardelle (only 10 minutes of prep. I provide 4 cooking methods: oven, stove-top, slow-cooker, and instant-pot)

DAY 2 (NEW): Mexican Street Corn Pasta Salad (with green bell pepper and green onions)

DAY 3: One-Pan Shrimp Gnocchi and Veggies (cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and asparagus)

DAY 4: Chicken Marsala Fettuccine with Spinach and Mushroomsโ€‹

DAY 5: Flank Steak with Grilled Corn, Feta Cheese, and Spinach Pestoโ€‹

DAY 6: Honey-Sesame Asian Salmon with Rice Noodles and Asparagusโ€‹

DAY 7: Italian Sausage Gnocchi with Spinach, Mushrooms, and Tomato Sauce (30 Minutes, One-Pan)

SALAD 1: Summer Fruit Salad (with strawberries, nectarines, peaches, plums, kiwi fruit, blueberries, grapes, blackberries, and pomegranate seeds)

SALAD 2: Tomato Basil Avocado Mozzarella Salad with Balsamic Dressingโ€‹

SALAD 3: Sweet Potato Kale Salad with Pecans, Feta, Dried Cranberries, and Maple Dressingโ€‹

DESSERT (NEW!): S'Mores Brownies (buttery graham cracker crust, super fudgy brownie layer, a torched Swiss meringue โ€œmarshmallowโ€)
