DAY 4: Thai Red Curry Chicken Noodle Soup with Veggies (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, onions). Dairy-free, gluten-free, packed with veggies and fiber.
DAY 5: Grilled Pork Chops with Dijon-Honey Herb Marinade and Glaze. Serve with grilled asparagus, corn, red bell peppers, or zucchini.
DAY 6: Pan-Seared Salmon with Chunky Olive and Caper Sauceβ
DAY 7: Creamy Garlic Parmesan Orzo (30 Minutes, One-Pan). Meatless main or a side to grilled meats.
