🍏 Meal Plan for Sept. 8-14, 2025 🍏


Here are my dinner recommendations (and salads!) for the upcoming week (September 8-14, 2025).

DAY 1: Chicken Spaghetti with Burrata Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, and Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce​

DAY 2: Creamy Pumpkin Gnocchi with Spinach and Sausage (30-Minute, One-Pan) made with pumpkin puree.

DAY 3: Cilantro-Lime and Black Bean Shrimp and Rice (30-Minute, One-Pan Meal)

DAY 4 (NEW!): Cowboy Pasta Salad (with seasoned beef, corn, black beans, cheddar, bacon, and jalapeΓ±os in a tangy BBQ-mayo dressing)

DAY 5: Greek Salmon with vibrant marinated veggies (kalamata olives, green olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion) and feta cheese mixture

DAY 6: Autumn Apple Chicken with Maple-Lime Sauce

DAY 7: Garlic Butter Steak with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Sweet Potatoes (or Yams, or Butternut Squash)

SALAD 1: Berry Spinach Salad with Blueberries, Raspberries, and Balsamic Dressing​

SALAD 2: Avocado Corn Tomato Salad with Creamy Cilantro-Lime Dressing​

SALAD 3: Beet and Apple Salad with Mixed Greens, Pecans, Blue Cheese, and homemade Honey-Lemon Mustard Dressing
