🌽🌽 Meal Plan for August 25-31, 2025 🌽🌽


Here are my dinner recommendations (and salads!) for the upcoming week (August 25-31, 2025).

DAY 1: Garlic Butter Chicken with Zucchini, Corn, and Ravioli (I used store-bought cheese ravioli. Tortellini works, too.)

DAY 2: Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon with Fig Jam (30-Minute ONE-PAN)

DAY 3: Creamy Italian Sausage Gnocchi with Mushrooms, Spinach, and Smoked Paprika Cream Sauce

DAY 4: Baked Chicken Wings (with 3 Sauces)

DAY 5: Shrimp and Creamed Corn (30 Minutes, One-Pan)

DAY 6: Flank Steak with Sweet Potatoes and Green Sauce (Spinach Pesto)​

DAY 7: Mediterranean Scallops with Tomatoes, Capers, and Lemon Garlic (You can also use shrimp. 30 Minutes, One-Pan)

SALAD 1: Mango Spinach Salad with Blueberries, Walnuts, and Feta Cheese ​

SALAD 2: Chickpea Salad with Avocado, Tomato, Cucumber​

SALAD 3: Plum Spinach Salad with Feta Cheese, Pecans, and Honey-Lemon Dressing​

BREAKFAST (NEW!): Gluten-Free Potato Crust Quiche (with spinach, bacon, and cheddar)
