Here are my dinner recommendations (and salads!) for the upcoming week (September 1-7, 2025).

DAY 1: Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Pine Nuts​

DAY 2 (NEW RECIPE): Shrimp Asparagus Pasta with Bacon, Pine Nuts, and Lemon-Butter Parmesan Sauce (30-Minute Meal)

DAY 3: Italian Sausage Gnocchi with Mushrooms and Bell Peppers​

DAY 4: Cajun Chicken Thighs with Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce (30 minutes, one-pan)

DAY 5: Shrimp Avocado Salad with Mango and Arugula​

DAY 6: Ground Beef Ramen Noodles with Bell Peppers, Spinach, and Cashews​

DAY 7: Italian Sausage White Bean Soup with Spinach, Carrots, Onion, Garlic​

SALAD 1: Strawberry Spinach Salad with Mango, Avocado, Blueberries, and Cashew Nuts​

SALAD 2 (NEW!): Grilled Peach Salad with Arugula, Blueberries, Avocado, Feta, and Nuts​

SALAD 3: Quinoa Salad with Spinach, Strawberries, Blueberries, and Mandarins​
