Here are my dinner recommendations (and salads!) for the upcoming week (June 29 - July 5, 2026).

DAY 1: Greek Chicken Orzo (30 Minutes, One-Pan)

DAY 2: Grilled Pork Chops and Mango Salsa​

DAY 3: Hungarian Mushroom Soup​

DAY 4: Greek Shrimp with Lemon Rice and Tzatziki

DAY 5: Pan-Seared Filet Mignon with Mushroom Sauce and Asparagus (you can use sirloin or other steak instead)

DAY 6: Italian Sausage Spaghetti with Spinach (and store-bought marinara sauce)

DAY 7: Chicken with Peaches and Lemon-Honey Fresh Thyme Sauce​

SALAD 1: Strawberry Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing​

SALAD 2: Apricot Salad with Spinach, Cherries, Pecans, and Feta Cheese​

SALAD 3: Beet and Burrata Salad with Pine Nuts and Balsamic Dressing​
