I’m doing something a little different this week from my usual meal plan. I had a busy weekend celebrating both the 4th of July and my husband's birthday (we went on a big boat trip, went e-foiling, and watched fireworks from the water), so I got a bit sidetracked and didn't put together my usual meal plan in time.
