DAY 5: Mediterranean Salmon with Spinach, Artichokes, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and Capers (Serve it with Parmesan basil rice)
DAY 6: Prosciutto Pasta with Peas and Parmesan Cheese (You can also use bacon bits or chopped cooked bacon. Serve with Strawberry Basil Fizz Mocktail)
