DAY 5: Chicken and Wild Rice with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Mushroomsโ
DAY 6: Italian Sausage and Tortellini with Sweet Potatoes and Bell Peppers in 30 minutes! Perfect for meal prep and freezing!
DAY 7: Pan-Seared Flank Steak with Green Sauce and Mashed Sweet Potatoes (inspired by Argentinaโs famous chimichurri but with a twistโitโs made with spinach, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and a blend of spices - all easily available ingredients)
