Here are my dinner recommendations (and salads!) for the upcoming week (June 8-14, 2026).

DAY 1: Chicken Feta Pasta​

DAY 2: Apple Cider Braised Pork Shoulder​

DAY 3: Asian BBQ Grilled Chicken​

DAY 4: Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon with Chili Fig Spread (30-Minute ONE-PAN)

DAY 5: Greek Chicken and Lemon Rice with Chickpeas, Cherry Tomatoes, and Spinach (30 Minutes, One-Pot)

DAY 6: Mongolian Beef: tender flank steak, veggies, homemade glossy brown stir-fry sauce, and rice. My recipe beats PF Chang's version every time!

DAY 7: Greek Shrimp Orzo Pasta with Feta​

SALAD 1: Grilled Chicken Salad with Peaches and Lime-Basil Dressing​

SALAD 2: Strawberry Orange Salad with Spinach, Arugula, Toasted Sliced Almonds, and Feta Cheese​

SALAD 3: Peach Blueberry Spinach Salad​
