With spring officially here, it’s the perfect time to freshen up your weekly menu. Here are my dinner (and salad) picks for March 23–29, 2026.☘️Julia. DAY 1: Creamy Chicken and Bacon Pasta with Spinach and Tomatoes in Garlic Cream Sauce
DAY 2: Italian Pasta e Fagioli Soup
DAY 3: Creamy Salmon & Spinach Orzo
DAY 4: Italian Ravioli with Spinach, Artichokes, Capers, Sun-Dried Tomatoes (dress up store-bought ravioli with something different than the usual tomato sauce!)
DAY 5: Asian Beef with Mushrooms and Snow Peas (or Snap Peas)
DAY 6: Shrimp Tacos with Creamy Cilantro-Lime Sauce
DAY 7: Beef and Beans Chili (Make it on the stovetop, in an Instant Pot, or in a slow cooker)
SALAD 1: Plum Spinach Salad with Feta Cheese, Pecans, and Honey-Lemon Dressing
SALAD 2: Tomato Cucumber Avocado Salad with Basil Pesto
SALAD 3: Roasted Sweet Potato Salad with Spinach, Apples, Seeds, and Nuts
