DAY 3: Apple Cider Braised Pork Shoulder

DAY 4: This is One of the Best Winter Soups I've Ever Made!

DAY 5: Scallop Spaghetti in Creamy White Wine Butter Garlic Sauce with Capers (perfect for shrimp, too!)

DAY 6: Greek Chicken and Lemon Rice in 30 Minutes!

DAY 7: White Lasagna Chicken Soup

SALAD 1: Mango Salad with Spinach, Blueberries, Walnuts, and Feta Cheese

SALAD 2: Roasted Butternut Squash Salad with Arugula, Dried Figs, and Almonds

SALAD 3: Winter Apple Salad
