🧑 Meal Plan for Dec. 2-8, 2024 🧑 7 Dinners + 3 Healthy Salads 🧑


Here is my selection of 7 weeknight meals + 3 healthy salads for next week (December 2-8, 2024)!

DAY 1: Creamy Tuscan Gnocchi with Spinach, Artichokes, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes (20-Minutes, One-Pan)​

DAY 2: Cilantro Lime Honey Garlic Salmon (baked in foil​)​

DAY 3: Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Pasta​

DAY 4: Ground Beef Ramen Noodles with Mushrooms and Bell Peppers​

DAY 5: Tomato and Spinach Pasta with Kalamata & Green Olives, Capers, Garlic, and Lemon (meatless meal or side dish!)

DAY 6: Chicken Margherita Skillet with Bell Peppers, Tomatoes, Mozzarella, and Basil Pesto​

DAY 7: Butternut Squash and Black Bean Orzo with Sausage and Spinach (use cajun sausage, andouille sausage, or smoked sausage)

SALAD 1: Roasted Butternut Squash and Spinach Salad with Pecans, Cranberries, Pomegranate Seeds, and Poppy Seed Honey-Lime Dressing​

SALAD 2: Creamy Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad with Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, Cranberries, Carrots, Red Onions​

SALAD 3: Arugula Salad with Pears, Apples, Cashews, and Balsamic Vinaigrette​
