DAY 3: Chicken Spaghetti with Burrata and Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce​

DAY 4: Cilantro-Lime and Black Bean Shrimp and Rice (30-Minute, One-Pan Meal)

DAY 5: Sausage White Bean Soup​

DAY 6: Creamy Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Orzo, Spinach, and Mushrooms (30 Minutes, One-Pan)

DAY 7: Asian Salmon and Noodles with Mushrooms and Snow Peas (or Snap Peas)​

SALAD 1 (NEW!): Christmas Fruit Salad with Nutella Dip​

SALAD 2: Christmas Pear Salad​

SALAD 3: Avocado Mango Salad with Arugula, Pine Nuts, and Honey-Lime Dressing​

SALAD 4: Creamy Broccoli Bacon Salad with Pecans, Cranberries, Raisins ​

BREAKFAST (NEW!): Mini Quiches (Multiple Variations including Meaty & Veggie) - made in a regular muffin pan
