🧡 Meal Plan for November 4-10, 2024 🧡 7 Dinners + 3 Healthy Salads 🧡


Here is my selection of 7 weeknight meals + 3 Fall salads for next week (November 4-10, 2024)!

DAY 1: Creamy Chicken Orzo with Spinach, Mushrooms, and Smoked Paprika Garlic Cream Sauce (30-Minutes, ONE-PAN)​

DAY 2: Italian Sausage Pasta with Spinach, Mushrooms, and Marinara Sauce (30 Minutes, DAIRY-FREE)​

DAY 3: Shrimp Scampi with Capers (20 Minutes, ONE-PAN)​

DAY 4: Chicken and Bacon Pasta with Spinach and Tomatoes in Garlic Cream Sauce​

DAY 5: Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Tortellini with Caramelized Onions​

DAY 6: Mediterranean Salmon with Lemon Rice, Chickpeas, Tomatoes, Olives, Feta (30 Minutes, ONE-PAN)​

DAY 7: Creamy Tuscan Chicken and Gnocchi (30 Minutes, ONE-PAN)​

SALAD 1: Berry Spinach Salad with Blueberries, Raspberries, Mandarin Oranges, Pecans, Feta, and Balsamic Dressing​

SALAD 2: Beet and Burrata Salad with Pine Nuts and Balsamic Dressing​

SALAD 3: Mango Spinach Salad with Blueberries, Walnuts, and Feta Cheese (You can use mandarin oranges or sliced regular oranges instead of mango)
