🧡 Meal Plan for November 18-24, 2024 🧡 7 Dinners + 3 Healthy Salads 🧡


Here is my selection of 7 weeknight meals + 3 healthy salads for next week (November 18-24, 2024)!

DAY 1: Creamy Asiago Chicken Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Spinach​

DAY 2: Butternut Squash and Spinach 3-Cheese Lasagna​

DAY 3: Honey Mustard Garlic Shrimp​

DAY 4: Sheet Pan Maple-Dijon Chicken with Roasted Butternut Squash and Brussels Sprouts​

DAY 5: Pan-Seared Flank Steak with Mashed Sweet Potatoes and Spinach Sauce (similar to Chimichurri sauce but with milder flavor, made with spinach)

DAY 6: Mediterranean Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Artichokes, and Capers (30 Minutes, One-Pan)​

DAY 7: Creamy Tuscan Salmon (30 Minutes, One-Pan)​

SALAD 1: Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Mandarin Oranges, Walnuts, Cranberries, and Balsamic Glaze​

SALAD 2: Tomato Cucumber Avocado Salad with Mozzarella and Basil Pesto​

SALAD 3: Strawberry Spinach Salad with Feta, Pecans, and Balsamic Dressing​
