DAY 2: Chicken Risotto (Creamy Rice) with Spinach, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and Parmesan

DAY 3: Greek Salmon (with vibrant marinated veggies (kalamata olives, green olives, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion) and feta cheese mixture.)

DAY 4: Sausage Frittata with Spinach and Mushrooms

DAY 5: Mediterranean Lemon Rice with Chickpeas, Spinach, Tomatoes, and Feta

DAY 6: Pan-Fried Pork Chops with Honey Lime Glaze

DAY 7: Asian Beef with Mushrooms and Snow Peas

SALAD 1: Creamy Chicken Pasta Salad with Pecans, Cranberries, Green Onions, and Poppy Seed Dressing

SALAD 2: Beet and Burrata Salad with Pine Nuts and Balsamic Dressing

SALAD 3: Winter Spinach Salad (with pecans, mandarin oranges, pomegranate seeds, dried cranberries, and Honey-Mustard Lime Vinaigrette)
