DAY 3: Chicken Thighs and Wild Rice with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Mushrooms

DAY 4: Baked Salmon with Asparagus, Lemon, Black Pepper, and Garlic

DAY 5: Braised Short Ribs with Polenta, Mushrooms, and Red Wine Sauce

DAY 6: Creamy Italian Sausage and Kale Pasta with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Garlic, and Parmesan cheese (𝟑𝟎-𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐥)

DAY 7: Black Bean and Butternut Squash Enchilada Casserole (meatless, gluten-free)

SALAD 1: Broccoli Cashew Salad with Apples, Pears, and Cranberries

SALAD 2: Strawberry Blueberry Spinach Salad

SALAD 3: Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Broccoli Salad
